This event brings together two inspiring women, Liz Landford and Amanda Heal, for a candid conversation in celebration of International Women's Day. Join us at Queanbeyan Library for an evening of empowerment and inspiration.
Amanda is an inspiring author, speaker and podcaster with an extraordinary life story. She survived being born 14 weeks premature in the 70’s when such tiny babies were not deemed viable. The oxygen which kept her alive at birth damaged her eyes, leaving her totally blind. Despite this Amanda graduated with honours in Law followed by a 17-year legal career. As a speaker, trainer and coach Amanda now shares her message of courage and purpose to audiences worldwide. Amanda’s latest book is Seeing By Vision Not By Sight: How to Discover Your Life's Purpose And Put It Into Action. The book will be available to purchase on the night for Amanda to sign.
Liz is a NIDA trained voice actor and has worked with several high-profile agencies in radio, TV, production and audiobook narration. Liz is a published author and executive level lawyer. She has facilitated author talks, corporate events, interviews and training days and will bring her warm and articulate sound to this exciting In Conversation event.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to hear from these remarkable women and to be part of this special event!
