Are you 60 years+ and would like to participate in a free exercise program and meet new people?
Queanbeyan-Palerang Libraries will be participating in a national Geri-Fit program which involves seated strength-based activities using resistant bands and light weights.
The 45 minute program will run twice a week on Mondays and Thursday at 2pm for 12 weeks starting on Monday 1 May 2023.
